Journals: Machined from heat-treated AISI 4140/4340 steel for maximum durability.
Grippers:
Floating Lugs: Superior grip without failure-prone springs.
Poly Lugs: Self retracting, ideal for metal and plastic cores.
Leaf Shafts: Full-contact grip for thin-wall cores.
Buttons: Available for specific applications, though lug shafts are preferred for ease of maintenance.
Reliable Inflation Technology Our internal bladder and sleeve system delivers maximum grip and long-term resilience. Made in-house from proprietary rubber compounds, the design allows quick bladder changes—no pinning, no full disassembly. We also manufacture replacement bladders for other shaft brands.
Valve Options for Safety & Performance
#1641 Schrader Valve: OSHA/IAPA compliant, used with the FG2000TV Flag Gauge Inflator for safe deflation.
ST125–ST375 Push-Button Valves: Vented for operator safety, with threaded stems and internal O-rings to prevent blow-back and boost pressure efficiency. Recommended with the FG2000PB Flag Gauge Inflator.
