Sizes & Compatibility: Standard and metric diameters available, with custom bore sizes on request. 3″ cores are supported via mechanical chucks for better economy and performance.
Chuck Series:
LR3–LR5: Tire-type chucks for light-duty use, with shaftless options (SS) available.
LR6 “Safe Chuck”: Our most popular model, co-developed with customers for enhanced safety. Features an internal bladder shielded by aluminum leaves to prevent blowouts and ensure consistent grip across all core types.
Smart Design for Real Efficiency
Adaptability: Available with split clamps, set screw locks, and “Tie Tube” options for multi-chuck inflation.
Precision Fit: Chuck bores supplied to +.010″ tolerance for smooth installation and true running. Adaptors available for square and small-diameter shafts.
Pressure Matters: Recommended inflation pressure is 85–90 psi (≈6 Bar). Underinflation leads to slippage and premature wear—voiding warranty.
Valve Technology That Works
#1641 Schrader Valve: Preferred for all chucks: fast sealing, high pressure, and OSHA/IAPA compliant.
ST-125 Push Button Valve: Available by request, but not recommended due to pressure loss risks.
